Levi performed the home inspection on our new-build home and far exceeded our expectations! His thoroughness was evident from Inspection Report he provided as he saw/recognized items we would have never thought of! Some inspectors may pass on such things but Levi understood the importance of insuring his clients received the most in-depth report possible. The builder rep was there as well part of the time and Levi worked great with him, sharing some points as he moved through the process. Using his drone to visually inspect the roof was awesome as he noticed some shingles which needed replacing. Highly recommend! Thanks Levi!!!

Levi’s inspection was extremely, extremely thorough, well documented, inclusive, etc. The photos in the report were so helpful! Levi’s descriptions and details really help a potential homeowner to understand every detail — both the good and the bad.You might find an inspection service a couple of dollars less expensive, but remember, you get what you pay for!Besides supporting a family owned local business, you are getting your moneys worth with this company.I would not hesitate one second to recommend them to any of my friends or family member needing home inspection services.

I was incredibly impressed at how easy-to-use the digital overview of the inspection was! It loaded quickly, allowed various levels of detail (complete vs just major issues), and included good pictures detailing inspection issues.Posted the above last time - just had another great inspection from Sheldahl! Appreciate their work big time.

Levi inspects the property like his own mother or grandmother will be buying it. The thoroughness and detail of the inspection is amazing, things I would never thought to look out for. The report is in complete and full detail, worth every penny. Most importantly, he takes the time to explain in a way that we can understand, and what we can do to fix it. As a home buyer, I was thrilled with my experience working with Sheldahl Inspections.The inspection was thorough and well documented with descriptions and photos. They identified a lot of issues (as is normal) but did a nice job of helping us understand which were normal / expected and which were more concerning. They answered my questions and gave more information when I needed it.They even gave me a few informal recommendations. Not officially part of the inspection but "if this were my house I would _____" sort of advice.100% would use them again.
