I can't rave enough about how pleased my husband and I were with Levi's inspection. He is extremely thorough and detailed. We've bought and sold several homes and this is the best we've ever seen. His report allows us to decide which of the items we'll attend to with professionals, and which we can do ourselves. We were able to present this report to the sellers and they fixed some of the items and gave us monitory credit at closing for others. Levi performed the home inspection on our new-build home and far exceeded our expectations! His thoroughness was evident from Inspection Report he provided as he saw/recognized items we would have never thought of! Some inspectors may pass on such things but Levi understood the importance of insuring his clients received the most in-depth report possible. The builder rep was there as well part of the time and Levi worked great with him, sharing some points as he moved through the process. Using his drone to visually inspect the roof was awesome as he noticed some shingles which needed replacing. Highly recommend! Thanks Levi!!!
